Big River Divers 2007 Iowa Ducks Unlimited Print of the Year Gouache Original Three bull Canvasbacks swimming on the rough waters of the Mississippi while a flock rips the sky on their approach. This is a scene that plays out every fall on the Mississippi which is a major winter staging ground for the fowl. Canvasbacks are such wonderful birds just to watch. I really loved creating this picture and it was just the icing on the cake to win the Iowa Ducks Unlimited Print of the Year with it. Image size 20” by 30” |
